Shipping Terms and Conditions
We have a fixed shipping rate of 9.90 USD which covers all of the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 36 hours for delivery depending on your location.
We endeavor to fulfil all orders as soon as possible. However, please be aware that particularly during high demand periods like Christmas, some minor delays may occur. In all cases we go out of our way to dispatch your goods to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 24 Hours before being approved for shipment
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, or for additional assistance regarding your order, please email sales@meleeexpress.com ensure you have your order number handy.
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
For security reasons, a signature by an adultis required for all deliveries.
If you're not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Yes it is. The parcel is insured as long as it is unopened.
If the parcel arrives damaged or torn, you must report this to the delivery person and NOT accept the shipment and NOT sign it. We also would like to ask you to make a video of the damaged parcel in the presence of the delivery person. You are also asked to take the full ID information of the delivery person. You are also asked to please contact us immediately.
For the time being, we do not ship outside of the USA. Unfortunately.
We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via sales@melee-express.com and ensure you include order number.
Shipping to a residential address poses a greater chance of non-delivery or theft. Because of the style of the merchandise we sell, we only ship to commercial addresses.
Never disclose the tracking number to other people. Cases of fraud where the criminal reroutes a package to an address other than the billing address (by knowing the tracking number) have occurred.
We ship using Parcel Pro – UPS packaging only. The parcel should be delivered sealed and not damaged in any way. In addition, Parcel Pro – UPS demands all parcels be packed by their own packaging material. We also attach the invoice and necessary documents if required.
