OUR DIAMONDS:
Our company sources our diamonds from legitimate diamond companies all over the world. We try our best to get the best product that suits the jewelry market.
Our sorters are taught to categorize stones as eligible for our customers by selecting only the best completely round diamonds, with a top polish and symmetry, so that the diamond is as lustrous as possible.
Talking about the luster of the diamond, we believe, that the radiance of melee diamonds is by far its most precious after-effect when set into a jewel. The most appreciated part of a jewel is the sheen and glow of the diamonds in it. This is the blueprint of our service to our customers. We want that a jewel set with melee bought from melee-direct to be outstanding in its brightness and glimmer. There for we spare no effort or expense to get you the best polished melee the market has to offer.
DELIVERY:
Orders coming in from Monday through Thursday before 3:45 PM and on Friday's before 11:45 AM will, in regular conditions, leave the same day.
We deliver via UPS/FEDEX/DHL, insured. The estimated delivery time will be according to the delivery method you choose at checkout.
Tracking number will be available within three hours of our receiving your order.
Additional day(s) transit may be required for delivering to remote areas.
These deliveries will require the signature of an adult.
Public and Regional holidays may affect delivery lead times.
Delivery times may vary if the weather delays the shipment.

If your item is damaged or defective, please document and photograph the damage or defective issues within 7 days and contact our customer service department Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 10:00PM EST, and Sunday 9:00AM - 8:00PM at 888-20303720 (Toll free US & Canada)
If the item arrived in a parcel that had been opened or damaged before you received it, we kindly ask you to photograph the parcel and make a video in the presence of the person who delivered it to you. We will also require the deliverer's particulars and his business card.
We ask for this material because of the nature of the valuables we send. We try to assure the safe arrival of all our diamonds.
