OUR DIAMONDS:

Our company sources our diamonds from legitimate diamond companies all over the world. We strive to provide the highest quality products that cater to the jewelry market's needs.

Our sorters are trained to meticulously categorize stones, selecting only perfectly round diamonds with impeccable polish and symmetry, ensuring the diamond's ultimate luster.

Speaking of a diamond's luster, we firmly believe that the radiance of melee diamonds is their most prized attribute when incorporated into jewelry. The brilliance and glow of diamonds in a piece of jewelry are what our customers value most. This commitment to excellence is at the heart of our service. We spare no effort or expense to offer you the finest polished melee diamonds available in the market.

DELIVERY:

ORDERS PLACED FROM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY BEFORE 3:45 PM AND ON FRIDAYS BEFORE 11:45 AM WILL, UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, BE DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY.

We utilize reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other designated carriers for delivery, ensuring all shipments are fully insured. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout.

You will receive a tracking number within three hours of us receiving your order.

Please note that additional transit time may be required for deliveries to remote areas.

All deliveries will require the signature of an adult upon receipt.

It's important to acknowledge that public and regional holidays may impact delivery lead times, and unforeseen weather delays can also affect shipment timelines.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS:

Once we have entrusted your parcel to the care of the selected courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Malca-Amit, or any other designated carrier), our responsibility for the shipment ceases. We emphasize that any claims, disputes, or concerns related to lost, stolen, or damaged parcels must be addressed directly with the respective courier service or agent responsible for the delivery.

While we do not assume financial responsibility for such incidents, please be assured that we are committed to supporting our customers. We will do everything within our power to assist you with your claims and facilitate a resolution. Our loyal customer support team is here to guide you through the process and provide any necessary documentation or assistance.

RETURNS:

We have full confidence in your satisfaction with our products and believe you will be pleased with your purchase. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please Contact us for more information.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we kindly request you to document and photograph any damages or defects within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact our customer service department during our operating hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, at 845-400-6020 .

If your item arrives in a parcel that appears to have been opened or damaged before your receipt, we ask that you photograph the parcel and create a video in the presence of the person who delivered it to you. Additionally, we will need the deliverer's contact details and business card.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Melee Express Corp. and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Our Sources

Polished. Not re-polished. All our diamonds originate from respected diamond mining companies. Not from prior used Jewelry. Not from blood diamonds.

Our Assortments

We know how frustrating it is to have different qualities in the same jewel. If you to reorder diamonds for a previously made jewel, be assured that the second batch will be exactly the same as the first.

Our Calibration

We are as meticulous as you are. Your settings are perfectly calibrated so are our diamonds. They’ll always fit, guaranteed.

Our Packaging

Each size and for each sub-project is individually packed, and labeled. On the label you’ll have standard; the size, number of stones, color, purity, and carat weight. We will also add any reference information you should need, should you so desire.

Express Delivery

From our table to your bench. We know how crucial the timing is for the diamond setter or the jeweler to get the jewelry delivered on time. We offer you over night delivery of your melee. We go out of our way, to make your day!
